Danny Luna is the new night show host on Univision Radio‘s Tejano station KXTN in San Antonio. The veteran radio personality began his duties on Thursday, May 18.
Luna brings 20 years of on-air radio experience to KXTN, who is also heard weekday afternoons on Univision Radio’s Spanish Contemporary radio station Latino Mix 107.9 & 107.1 in Dallas.
In radio since the age of 15, he has worked in many formats, including Tejano, Regional Mexican, Talk, Spanish Contemporary, Spanish Oldies, Latin Urban and Spanish CHR.
Luna is multi-talented and heavily involved in both Univision Radio and TV. He is always willing donate his time to attend schools, reading to kids, and visit for career days.
He is a three time Emmy winner and currently can be heard in Dallas Monday to Friday from 3-7pm on Latino Mix 107.9 & 107.1 and now in San Antonio Monday to Friday from 7pm-12am on KXTN Tejano 107.5.
His advice to his audience is, “Don’t ever let anyone tell you that you can’t make it. Always dedicate yourself to what you want, and one important thing, be patient and humble.”
Luna replaces Baby J, who is now hosting the 3 – 7 p.m. slot at Univision Radio Spanish Contemporary station Latino Mix 95.1 in San Antonio.
