I object!!
If you ask me, Erick did not have to be shot to death by El Colmillo in the private jet in #BajoelMismoCielo to clear the path for Carlos and Adela to reunite.
I think that there was enough time left in this great series for Erick to realize he loved Paulina because she is the prettiest girl at the magazine and somehow managed to get one of the most coveted jobs in America without really doing anything for a living.
But instead he was shot down in the prime of his life and when his hair has never looked better.
And just as they were on their way to Chicago where we were going to hang out, sightsee and eat pizza!!!
QUE LASTIMA!!!!!
Well, at least Paulina can hold her head up at his funeral because at least she gave him 2 1/2 minutes of happiness on an empty desk at the magazine when no one was looking and Carlos and Adela Morales were busy making out in a different office.
There are many lessons to be learned from this sad turn of events, and the first one is that sometimes you are better off driving to where you want to go.
The second one is that if someone, anyone, orders you to do something at gunpoint you should just refuse because they are going to kill you anyway so why make it easy for them.
If I was Adela, at this point I would be more afraid of Paulina and Erick’s mother than of El Colmillo.
On a related note, I normally do not root for anyone to be killed in a Novela because everyone has a value and adds to the tremendous level of insanity, but in the case of El Colmillo and Felicia Méndez I am willing to make an exception.
