Perez is no stranger to singing the national anthem in front of large crowds and has performed it locally before at San Antonio Spurs games, also before Dallas Cowboys games and even for President Barack Obama.
Monday night’s NBA West Division Semifinals Game 2 between the Spurs and Thunder is set for tip-off at 8:30 p.m. The Spurs defeated the Thunder 124 – 92 in Game 1 on Saturday, for a 1-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.
