H-E-B unveiled limited-edition Selena reusable tote bags via social media on Wednesday.
Regina Garcia, Public Relations Manager for the Gulf Coast region, and Suzette Quintanilla revealed new designer shopping bags featuring two photos of late Tejano star Selena Quintanilla with the words “Queen of Cumbia” on it.
“We finally came up with something to be able to give back to Selena’s fans, but to also benefit Selena’s foundation,” Suzette Quintanilla said in the video
Partial proceeds from bags sold goes to the Selena Foundation and Boys and Girls Club of the Coastal Bend. H-E-B also presented Quintanilla with a $25,000 check during the video announcement.
Quintanilla says the bag is not only a keepsake but also a way for the Foundation to give back to Selena fans.
The bag will be sold for $2 starting Friday, March 2nd at select H-E-B stores. You can also buy the bags online at HEB.com on March 2nd at noon. There will be a limit of two bags per customer.
