TUCSON, AZ – Tejano star AJ Castillo held a DVD release party for AJ Castillo – Live From Tucson at the Casino Del Sol Conference Center on Saturday, January 23, 2016 in Tucson, Arizona.
Opening the show was special guest,the beautiful and talented, Stefani Montiel along with Gabriel Zavala which added a special touch to this great event. The dynamic duo, AJ and his brother Sergio Castillo mesmerized the crowd with their unique “NEW MOVEMENT STYLE”. The place was jumping from the very beginning with fans of all different ages and from all parts of Arizona.
The live DVD was filmed last summer at the Anselmo Valencia Amphitheater (AVA) in Tucson, Arizona, on June 20, 2015 and is available for purchase at AJ’s official website, AJCastillo.com.
AJ, who launched his career at the age of 13, comes from a musical family and was introduced to the accordion by his grandfather at a very early age. He is known for his unique accordion sound, style, and his live performances.
The Austin, Texas native is reaching fans from all over the world and is being recognized by professionals in the Latin music industry. The award-winning musician has accomplished many things in a short period of time. His music is receiving airplay in different stations across the nation. AJ performed at the Tejano Music Awards in 2009 and was named “Best New Artist”, “Tejano Academy’s Accordian Player” and “Best Emerging Artist” in 2010.
AJ has taken his music to a different level with every one of his successful projects and his unique, creative “new movement” style of music.
